About Nina

With over a decade of corporate leadership experience, Nina brings a strong business acumen and coaching expertise to the table, supporting leaders to achieve their full potential.

After earning her Economics degree, Nina joined one of the world's largest automotive suppliers in 2011, quickly advancing to Sales Director managing a major global key account. Her career evolution continued as she sought to expand her business perspective, pivoting to Personnel & Organisational Development in 2022, followed by her current role within Strategy & Transformation for Electrified Powertrain Technology.

Aside her corporate career, she completed a university certificate in positive psychology and obtained her certification in systemic coaching in 2019. Since 2021, she has built her coaching business, working with clients worldwide from her base in Saarbrücken, Germany.

Nina's unique value lies in her combination of extensive international business leadership, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of human development—allowing her to guide clients toward meaningful professional growth while maintaining personal balance.
